Arts Central Queensland Inc. invites performers with the following playing age ranges to register to audition for the upcoming Rockhampton Heritage Village Living History Project site-specific performance:
- Female 1, playing range 20 – 25 years
- Female 2, playing range 30 – 50 years
- Male 1, playing range 20 – 25 years
- Male 2, playing range 30 – 50 years
Successful applicants will perform multiple roles within their playing range.
The Rockhampton Heritage Village Living History Project site-specific performance is a theatre-based place-activation project. Based on a series of five locally-sourced short plays, the project aims to bring the history of the region to life over two open day events at the Rockhampton Heritage Village.
Successful auditionees will be required for performance calls on Sunday June 2 and Sunday September 8, with rehearsals conducted on Saturdays and Sundays throughout late April, May and August.
This is a paid engagement at industry award rates. It is requested that interested parties carefully consider their availability prior to applying, as successful applicants are expected to adhere to the production schedule.
Auditions will be held on Sunday April 14 at Rockhampton Girls Grammar
School, corner of Agnes and Denham Streets, The Range. All candidates are asked to register to audition by Friday April 12.

The Regional Arts Development Fund is a partnership between the Queensland Government and Rockhampton Regional Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
